Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens and due to an emergency, there may be a need for you to cancel or re-arrange an appointment or course last minute, and we will of course try to accommodate this. However, our time is important to us and the families who could be using the appointment, therefore please give us as much notice as possible so we can utilise that appointment for someone else who needs it. 

We request that if you need to cancel your appointment or course that you give us at least 48hrs notice before the date of your appointment and we will rearrange this for you. 

Less than 24hrs notice to cancel, failure to cancel, and non-attendance will result in the loss of your appointment/course fee without exception. 

If Serenity neonatal clinic needs to cancel your appointment or course for any reason, we endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and re-arrange your appointment at a mutually agreed time and date.
